I join Synture because it provides friendly environment as well as different level of training programme in management which gives you chance to run your own business.

When I join this company I don't know about anything like market knowledge and about people but because of Synture I am able to know about many things it also provides many exposer trip which expand knowledge as well as we get to know much about other cities working process and able to learn more and more about business which is very helpful in career growth. In Synture Organization there are many sessions use to run for all on daily basis which is helpful in not only business but also in practical life.

Synture is one of the largest direct sales marketing companies. When first time I came to interview I saw the environment and place of the Synture it was different. All the youngsters were working with lots of excitement. I got attracted. There is two days interview process and after first round selection my confidence increased to talk with the director. Second round was practical round and I went on the field it was different experience with one executive. The product was charity and I decided to work than other product.

After that I trained by corporate trainer, learn so many things, develop some skills like communication, interpersonal skill, and financial planning. Synture sent me Mumbai for exposure. Because of this I met so many big business men and created some healthy relationships. It is amazing journey so many ups and downs and taught me how to safeguard attitude in worst time. Environment was amazing and it gives lifestyle to people.

For the test marketing I went around 28 cities in all across India. And so many business conferences were there in Synture. Growth system is different it’s only and only depend on you. Synture Group is delivered Leadership to create leaders. Synture is expansion plan to capture central India so everyone has opportunities to become the part of corporate business.
